CSOB SmartToken 3.6.1

SmartToken is a secure and convenient mobile banking application exclusively designed for clients of ČSOB. Its primary purpose is to facilitate electronic signature and client login for ČSOB electronic banking services.

Every code generated by SmartToken is unique and has a limited validity period.

Prior to initial use, the application must be activated. Activation requires a unique activation key sent via SMS or obtained personally from a ČSOB branch or through ČSOB Infoline.

An internet connection is necessary for the activation process. However, once activated, SmartToken can also be used in offline mode.

Under no circumstances should you share the generated codes with others or enter them into any websites or applications that are not affiliated with ČSOB. It is important to note that the bank will never request you to send or disclose any codes generated by the SmartToken application or any other security codes.
